Mmmmm, Chocolate...
Ok, I already know what your thinking..."What the hell is Choko Toshi?". Long story short: its japanese for Chocolate City. The next question your going to ask is "Why Chocolate City?". Thats easy: Its home. Washington DC: The place I was born and rasied, the place i love. Any more questions?
